Job summary

Abilities Pediatric Therapy seeks a pediatric physical therapist to provide services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings. You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support participation in daily routines and activities.

Flexibility to choose service area and hours, with part-time or full-time options and strong emphasis on community-based early intervention.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• At least 2 years of pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy for infants and toddlers in home and community settings.
• Complete evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Attend IFSP meetings.
• Partner with families to support participation in daily routines and activities.
• Collaborate with team members and community partners to support positive developmental outcomes.
