Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for Early Intervention to work with children from birth to age three in their natural settings. You will coach families to apply techniques at home or in daycare, enabling child progress and family engagement.

The role offers flexible scheduling (5–19 hours per week) with potential to grow to part-time or full-time depending on need, and is supported by a network of mentorship and education resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of experience working as a Pediatric Physical Therapist with children ages 5 years and younger.
• All positions: Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing).

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric physical therapy services to children birth through age three in natural settings such as home, daycare, or community settings.
• Use a coaching model to empower families to support their child’s progress.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with Ivy Health teams to ensure high-quality care.
