Job summary

Ivy Health Inc. seeks a dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve children from birth through age three in their natural settings, including home and daycare visits. This role emphasizes coaching families to empower parents and maximize developmental progress.

The therapist will operate as a per-visit clinician, 5–19 hours per week, with potential to grow to part-time or full-time as demand allows. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team is encouraged for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• License in Pennsylvania or eligibility pending.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric PT experience with ages 0–3.
• Pediatric CPR/FA certification required.
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PT services to children birth through age three in home/clinic settings.
• Collaborate with families using a coaching model to empower parents.
• Maintain documentation and comply with licensure requirements.
