Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Kansas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• One year of pediatric experience preferred; pediatric clinical education may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric PT evaluations and develop individualized plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve function and participation.
• Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover at home.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain a patient-centered environment.
