Job summary

No Stone Unturned Therapeutic Learning Center in Manhattan, Kansas is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our nonprofit outpatient therapy team. You will evaluate children, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support independence.

We provide an interdisciplinary, mission-driven work environment with PTs, SLPs, and ABA Therapists, and offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Kansas OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate children and develop individualized treatment plans to support growth and independence.
• Plan and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Perform and document initial evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and re-evaluations.
• Monitor progress and modify plans to maximize outcomes.
• Partner with families to provide education and support for continued success at home.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Contribute to a positive, child-centered environment focused on meaningful results.
