Qualifications

• New York State licensed Physical Therapist.
• 1-2 years experience with children birth–5 preferred.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth–21 in natural settings.
• Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to enable carry-over.
• Work in homes, daycare, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
• Follow the established therapy plan and document progress.
