Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Queens, NY is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. You will deliver evaluations and therapy for children birth to 21 in homes, clinics, and community settings across the NYC area.

You will educate families, tailor intervention plans, document progress, and work with clinical supervisors. NYS licensure is required; 1–2 years with birth–5 is preferred. Flexible schedule and supportive team culture await.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS license as a Physical Therapist.
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience with birth–5 years preferred.
• Bilingual abilities considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations for children birth to 21 years in natural settings.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to support carry-over.
• Work in homes, daycare centers, clinics, and community settings.
• Maintain records, document progress, and ensure HIPAA compliance.
