All About Kids on Long Island is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Evaluator to assess pediatric development, create personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations in our early intervention program, document progress, educate families on exercises and strategies, and stay current with pediatric PT best practices. New York State licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited university program.
• New York State Physical Therapy Licensure.
• Pediatric evaluation experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate family needs.

Responsabilités

• Perform thorough physical therapy evaluations in our early intervention program
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document evaluation results and treatment progress accurately and timely
• Stay current with pediatric physical therapy best practices and standards
• Educate families on exercises, therapies, and strategies to support their child's development
