Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist for Early Intervention Evaluator duties. Work with children from birth to age three in their homes, daycares, or community settings, using a coaching model for families to support progress.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Current PA licensure or eligibility to practice in PA.
• At least one year of pediatric PT experience with young children.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification (infant/child) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention PT services to birth to age three in the child’s natural settings.
• Coach families to empower caregivers to support the child’s goals.
• Adapt plans for home, daycare or community environments and track progress.
