Job summary

Ivy Health’s pediatric team invites you to join as an Early Intervention Physical Therapist. You will work with children from birth through age three and coach families to implement techniques at home, daycare, or in the community, empowering parents to support progress.

This is a per-visit position (5–19 hours per week) with potential to grow to part-time or full-time. Ivy Health offers schedule flexibility, mentorship, and access to resources designed to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania.
• At least one year of pediatric PT experience with children ages 5 years and younger.
• Must have pediatric CPR and FA certification (includes infant/child CPR and in person skills testing).
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric PT services in the child’s natural setting (home, daycare, or community).
• Per-visit scheduling: 5–19 hours per week with potential to grow to part-time or full-time.
• Use a coaching model to empower parents to support their child’s goals and progress.
