Job summary

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking an Early Intervention evaluator in the Pittsburgh area. You will work with children and families, conducting standardized testing and determining eligibility for early intervention services in the child’s home or daycare settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT).
• Current or pending PA licensure to practice PT.
• Pediatric CPR and FA certification required.
• Fellowship year completed and CCC credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct early intervention evaluations in the child’s natural setting.
• Determine eligibility for early intervention services.
• Develop individualized family support plans and goals.
• Collaborate with the evaluation team and mentoring staff.
