Job summary

The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist for Early Intervention in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will provide home-based therapies and partner with families to meet IFSP goals using the Home-Based Coaching Model, while traveling to clients' homes and maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires a PA-licensed PT with pediatric experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work a self-determined schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with PA license or higher (MD/PT path).
• One year pediatric experience preferred.
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention physical therapy in home-based settings.
• Collaborate with families to meet IFSP goals using Home-Based Coaching.
• Document progress notes, data collection, and attendance on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing requirements.
• Schedule evaluations and maximize productivity while maintaining confidentiality.
• Stay updated on best practices in pediatric physical therapy.
