Qualifications

• Licensed PT with pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to document services accurately in secure systems.
• Comfort working with medically fragile children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide developmentally-based physical therapy to improve safety and independence.
• Input data into secure, computerized systems for reports and billing.
• Deliver therapy services to children birth to three per IFSP/treatment plan.
