Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapy Clinical Team Leader for the Pediatric Outpatient Rehabilitation team at One Hundred Oaks in Nashville. This role balances about 60% direct patient care with 40% leadership, guiding 2 PT coordinators and a team of 15+ therapists.

Lead a pediatric outpatient caseload, collaborate with rehab leadership on staffing and quality initiatives, and advance clinical excellence in a nationally recognized health system.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for Tennessee licensure)
• Significant Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapy experience
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Commitment to family-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration

Responsibilities

• Provide direct pediatric outpatient physical therapy services
• Lead, mentor, and support Physical Therapists and Coordinators
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and professional development
• Partner with leadership on staffing, scheduling, and workflow needs
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement
• Foster collaboration, accountability, engagement, and inclusion
• Drive program development and strategic growth initiatives
• Deliver exceptional patient experiences and clinical outcomes
