Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join the outpatient therapy team at One Hundred Oaks in Nashville. You will evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, and neuromuscular conditions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates will have pediatric OT experience, be comfortable with sensory integration and related therapies, and be able to work Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–6:00

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee OT license or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year post-licensure pediatric OT experience.
• Experience evaluating and treating pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, neuromuscular, or upper-extremity conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional participation and independence.
• Educate families on home programs and activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support patient care across outpatient clinics and interdisciplinary pediatric settings.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
