Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team at One Hundred Oaks. This role provides evaluation and treatment services for children with developmental, sensory, neuromuscular, and upper extremity conditions in a collaborative pediatric environment.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license or license eligibility.
• Minimum one year of post-licensure pediatric occupational therapy experience.
• Experience independently evaluating and treating pediatric patients with developmental, sensory, neuromuscular, and/or upper extremity conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve functional participation and independence.
• Educate families and caregivers on home programs, adaptive strategies, and therapeutic activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
