St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Psychologist for their Organ Transplant Team.

The success St. Louis Children's Hospital has experienced in pediatric transplantation has been recognized with national certification by major insurance providers, including the National Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association, Medicaid, Medicare, and CHAMPUS (Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services).

Responsible for performing evaluations, assessments, psychotherapy, and consultation during the course of treatment for patients and their families. Is an excellent resource to medical staff, educators, etc. in the hospital and outside community.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a resource and liaison to hospital staff and outside community.
  • Maintains designated targets for chart compliance and report turnaround times.
  • Conducts and disseminates research in the field of expertise.
  • Provides psychological clinical services to patients and their families.
