Family of Kidz is seeking a psychologist to perform formal evaluations for children across homes and preschools on the North Shore of Nassau County, NY. The role supports diverse caseloads with part-time or potential full-time opportunities.

You will use standardized instruments to assess development, write clear reports, and collaborate with families and professionals to support optimal outcomes.

Formación

• Doctoral degree in psychology and NYS licensure or permit.
• School psychologist certification issued by NYSED.
• Experience evaluating children on the autism spectrum and preschoolers.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychological evaluations and collect developmental histories.
• Administer and interpret standardized tools (WPPSI-IV, Bayley, Conners EC, BASC).
• Write comprehensive diagnostic and psychological reports.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, families and staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Participate in meetings as needed.
