Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement and evaluate an individualized plan of care for inpatient and residential high acuity pediatric psychiatry patients.
• Utilize critical thinking to anticipate changes in patient status and modify the plan of care.
• Advocate for patients and uphold autonomy and informed consent in practice.
• Mentor colleagues and serve in governance of practice.
• Delegate elements of care appropriately to the care delivery team.
