Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, social work, or related field.
• Former employees grandfathered with 2+ years of inpatient/partial hospital experience per college year.
• Experience in inpatient or partial psychiatric treatment preferred.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Child growth and development education required.
• BLS or CPI training within 60 days of start date.
• CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Be primary caretaker for psychiatric patients Pre-K to adolescents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and safety.
• Manage harmful behaviors and maintain a safe environment.
• Participate in crisis intervention, teaching, and group processes; on-call as needed.
