Job summary

OP Specialty Bracing seeks a Certified Prosthetist Orthotist to provide pediatric orthotics and prosthetics care across our clinics. You will fit, adjust and educate patients and families, in collaboration with physicians, to ensure optimal outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an MSPO with NCOPE residency and have 2+ years of related experience, delivering compassionate care in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• MSPO degree required.
• Completion of NCOPE residency program.
• Two plus years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Examine, interview and measure patients to determine appliance needs.
• Fit, test and evaluate devices for proper fit and function.
• Instruct patients in the use and care of orthoses/prostheses.
• Design orthopedic devices based on prescriptions and measurements.
• Confer with physicians to formulate specifications and prescriptions.
