Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and licensed in Illinois.
• Current Physical Therapist License.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
• Educate, collaborate, and consult with patients, families, and healthcare team members, making referrals as needed.
• Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels through clear communication.
• Complete documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Conduct assessments, re-assessments, and provide consultations for physical therapy services.
