LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a PRN Pediatric Physical Therapist to provide patient-focused care in a hospital setting. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, considering discharge needs and equipment requirements, and collaborate with families and the healthcare team to ensure smooth transitions.

This role requires strong evaluation and treatment planning skills, effective communication, and the ability to delegate tasks to assistants and students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and licensed in Illinois.
• Current Physical Therapist License.
• No prior experience required.
