Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for California.
• Current Health Certificate per facility regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates the plan of care when directed and communicates changes.
• Implements therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Intervenes in response to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and documents outcomes.
• Reviews plan of care and program protocols to identify education and discharge planning needs.
