Job summary

Best Care Home Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric client with a traumatic brain injury. This private duty role is based in Blackstock, South Carolina, with an evening schedule Monday–Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care according to the individualized plan of care.
• Monitor and assess the child’s condition and report changes appropriately.
• Assist with maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
• Provide care related to the child’s medical needs and daily routines.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of all nursing services provided.
• Communicate effectively with the family, care team, and supervising nurse.
• Support developmental needs and promote the child’s quality of life.

Best Care Home Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a pediatric client with a traumatic brain injury (TBI). The ideal candidate will have previous pediatric nursing experience and feel comfortable caring for children with complex medical needs.
