Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience, especially with trach and oxygen-dependent patients.
• Deliver skilled nursing care according to individualized patient care plans.
• Reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Monitor and document vital signs, including oxygen saturation and heart rate.
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule.
• Perform tracheostomy care and provide suctioning as needed.
• Educate and support family members as appropriate.
