Job summary

Centria Autism is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in Ann Arbor, MI to deliver one-on-one clinical care for pediatric patients. The role requires monitoring for epilepsy and providing G-Tube and ostomy care.

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one‑on‑one clinical care for a pediatric patient in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pediatric seizure management.

Clinical Requirements & Responsibilities

• Seizure Management: Monitoring and intervention for epilepsy; proven pediatric seizure experience is required.
• G‑Tube Care: Administration of scheduled feedings and medications via Gastrostomy tube.
• Ostomy Care: Routine management and maintenance of an ostomy bag.
• Assessment: Continuous monitoring of respiratory and neurological status.

Shift Times

• 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Monday
• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Wednesday
• 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM - Wednesday & Sunday
• 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
• Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
• Communicate with families and care teams
• Maintain safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care

Schedule & Pay

• Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem shifts available
• Day, night, and weekend shifts
• Weekly pay + optional daily pay
