Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred.
- Home health or private duty experience preferred.
- Experience with pediatric-specific medical needs is a plus (trach, g-tube, ventilator-dependent care).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel within the service area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting.
- Perform and assist with skilled nursing treatments and daily care needs.
- Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate any changes to the care team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow physician orders, individualized care plans, and agency policies.

What You'll Do
- Deliver direct, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting

What We're Looking For
