Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient condition and report changes appropriately.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate and support families and caregivers.
• Follow physician orders, plan of care, and agency protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and quality of care at all times.
