Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking a motivated Pediatric Private Duty LPN for Grand Junction. You will provide private duty nursing to a pediatric patient in their home, with 1 patient per shift and flexible schedule to fit family needs.

We offer on-the-job training, a sign-on bonus, and a supportive environment. The role requires an active LPN license, BLS, and a valid driver's license with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patient’s condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using a web-based EMR system.

Pediatric Private Duty LPN | Sign On Bonus

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift.

Shift lengths vary so whether you like short shifts or longer 12-hour days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.

Pay

• $25.00 + Pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability

Sign-on Bonus

• Full-Time - $3,000.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.
• Part-Time - $1,500.00. First half paid at 60 days of employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.

Schedule

• Full-Time/Part-Time Days/Nights. Nights preferred

Cases Available

• 2 pediatric clients ages 16-20 months, trach/vent, GTube; day and night shifts available.
• 1 adult client age 19, Oxygen, non-invasive vent, GJTube, catheterization, non-verbal, total cares
