Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health in Conifer, CO seeks an experienced LPN to provide private duty pediatric nursing for a teenage patient. You will administer meds, monitor health, and support families in the home environment, with on-site shifts and a focus on skill growth.

We offer on-the-job training, a supportive team, and a pay structure that includes a sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time roles. Nights shifts are available, with 30+ hours for full-time and 29 or fewer for part-time.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system.

Job description

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short shifts or longer days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.

Pay:

• LPN: Up to $28.00 + Pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability.

Sign-on Bonus:

• Full-Time - $3,000.00. First half paidat60 daysof employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.
• Part-Time - $1,500.00. First half paidat60 daysof employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.

Schedule:

• Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less
• Nights (19:00-07:00) - all shifts
