Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health in Conifer, Colorado seeks an experienced pediatric home health RN/LPN to provide private duty nursing for a teenager with PDN needs. You will work with one patient per shift, with shift lengths varying to fit family needs.

We offer on-the-job training, 24/7 support, and opportunities to expand nursing skills while maintaining work-life balance. Full-time and part-time schedules with night shifts are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.

• Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based EMR.

Amazing Care Home Health provides Private Duty Nursing which differs from other Home Health Nursing. Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift. Shift lengths vary so whether you like short shifts or longer days, we can accommodate what works best for your family.

The patients and families you will work with rely on the nursing you provide.

Pay:

• RN: $37.00 + Pay is commensurate with experience and based on licensure, assignment, and availability.

Sign-on Bonus:

• Full-Time - $3,000.00. First half paidat60 daysof employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.
• Part-Time - $1,500.00. First half paidat60 daysof employment and second half paid at 120 days of employment of working expected hours.

Schedule:

• Full-Time 30 hours or more / Part-Time 29 hours or less
• Nights (19:00-07:00) - all shifts

We are seeking motived RN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Conifer to care for a Teenage male with PDN needs for GJTube, Oxygen, Seizures, CP, Global delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.

• Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Assistwith activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
