Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Centerville Wilmington Primary Care is hiring a Registered Nurse II to support providers and families. You will care for children from infancy through adolescence and help manage chronic conditions, while coordinating referrals and communicating with external providers.

Qualifications

• Associate or diploma RN required with 2+ years experience.
• BSN preferred but not mandatory.
• Active Ohio RN license; may require other state licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including immunizations, screenings, well visits and sick visits.
• Support care coordination: referrals, refills, and follow-up appointments.
• Educate families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, MAs and care team to ensure quality care.
• Document care in the EHR accurately and timely.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff development activities.
