Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for pediatric primary care in a collaborative, fast-paced setting. You will coordinate care, assess patients, educate families, and triage as part of a care team to ensure timely, quality care.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to nursing standards, and a focus on well-child visits, vaccines, and routine care. Work hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30am-5:00pm, with 3 days per week and no evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program preferred, including AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA. Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing and/or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Maintains required department licensure, competencies and certifications.

• Coordinate care, perform patient assessments, provide patient education, conduct triage, and implement nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Adhere to nursing practice standards and ethical guidelines as per state regulations.
