Job summary

Sanford Health's West Fargo Children's Clinic seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join a fast-paced pediatric team. You will support well-child care, vaccine administration, and medication management under RN/physician supervision, primarily with one provider.

The role offers a day shift, 16 hours per week, with cross-training across Fargo-Moorhead clinics; strong teamwork, compassionate patient care, and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN.
• Current unencumbered LPN license in the state.
• Ability to administer vaccines and medications as required.

Responsibilities

• Medication and vaccine administration.
• Behavioral health management and well child care.
• Room pediatric patients and assist with clinicians.
• Support cross-training across clinics in the region.
