Job summary

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia is seeking a part time Primary Care Nurse for their Paoli Primary Care office. This position will be Monday-Friday and will require one evening shift per week and a rotating Saturday shift.

The nurse is a clinically competent practitioner focused on pediatric, family-centered care and supports administrative needs across the site. Two years of nursing, pediatrics, and/or primary care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of nursing, pediatrics, and/or primary care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows Nursing Process to deliver safe care.
• Synthesizes patient assessment data and communicates with care team.
• Collaborates with family to plan care and educate patient/family.
• Manages care of complex patients with appropriate delegation.
• Provides an accurate patient status report to the team.
