Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Milford, Delaware office to provide primary care for well-child visits, sick-child care, and immunizations.

Responsibilities include comprehensive pediatric assessments, formulating care plans, and educating families. The role requires active Delaware licensure for RN/APRN and PA-C with prescriptive authority, plus several years of clinical experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Delaware RN and APRN licensure with CSR prescriptive authority.
• Delaware DEA with Delaware address and BLS certification from AHA.
• Delaware Physician Assistant license or compact state PA-C certification.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive pediatric history and physical exams.
• Develop assessment and treatment plans for pediatric patients.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians.
• Educate parents/caregivers on condition and care plan.
• Triager and respond to calls from families.
• Accurately document patient information in EMR.
• Work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
