Nemours Children's Health is seeking an experienced Pediatric Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant for our Seaford, Delaware office. You will deliver primary care for well-child checks, illness care, and immunizations in a dedicated pediatric setting.

The role requires active Delaware RN/APRN licensure with CSR prescriptive authority, and DE DEA, along with BLS. The team emphasizes collaboration and high-quality pediatric care with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three years of related clinical experience required.
• Pediatric advanced practice licensure and prescriptive authority required.
• Active RN/APRn licensure in Delaware or compact state and CSR.
• DE DEA with a Delaware address and BLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive patient assessments including history and physical examinations.
• Formulating assessment and treatment plans of pediatric patients.
• Communicating with physicians about changes in patient’s clinical condition.
• Educating parents/caregivers on patient condition and plan of care.
• Triaging and responding to phone calls from patient families.
• Accurately recording patient information in the electronic medical record.
• Work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
