Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced clinical nurse for the Plastic/Hand Surgery clinic. The role is primarily at the Thomas campus with travel to East Valley and Scottsdale locations.

You will meet with patients to discuss surgery plans, create orders, develop detailed follow-up care plans, and triage calls. The position is M-F, 8 AM - 4 PM, with no holidays, weekends or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Two year ADN, four year BSN, or Diploma Nursing degree required.
• Bachelor's in Nursing or RN to BSN program preferred.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments across age groups and conditions.
• Develop and implement detailed surgical care plans with the team.
• Coordinate care transitions and patient education for surgery.
• Triages calls and provides education post-surgery.
• Ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance in fast-paced clinic.
