Mercy Kids Hospital St. Louis is offering a Pediatric & PICU RN Residency Program for June 2027 cohort.

This full-time night position supports new graduate nurses as they build a foundation in pediatric nursing with mentorship, structured learning, and hands-on experience in pediatric acute and critical care. You will work with experienced pediatric teams, gain exposure to high-acuity patients, and participate in a program designed to transition graduates to confident pediatric RNs with ongoing

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and eligible for Missouri licensure within 90 days of graduation.
• BSN preferred for residency consideration.
• BLS certification required to participate in pediatric/acute care training.
