Mercy Kids Hospital Saint Louis is launching the June 2027 Pediatric & PICU RN Residency Cohort designed for new graduate nurses seeking a solid pediatric foundation with mentorship and hands-on learning.
The program offers exposure to pediatric acute and critical care with structured orientation and ongoing support beyond residency. Eligible candidates include Missouri-licensed RNs, with BLS, and BSN preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- BSN preferred.
- Eligible for the June 2027 Nurse Residency Cohort.
- Current Missouri RN License, Compact RN License, or eligible for licensure within 90 days of graduation.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
- Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
