Job summary

Qualifications

• Pediatric RT experience or relevant pediatric respiratory care exposure.
• Experience with ventilator management and oxygen therapy in a critical care setting.
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary PICU team.

Responsibilities

• Assess pediatric patients’ respiratory conditions and develop treatment plans with the PICU team.
• Administer respiratory therapies including ventilation, oxygen, and aerosols as prescribed.
• Monitor ventilator settings and adjust based on patient response.
• Educate families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments and patient progress in PICU.
