Prairie Band, LLC seeks an Outpatient Pediatric Physician (MD/DO) for Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, NM. Join a multidisciplinary team providing pediatric care Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with no weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state, DC, PR, or U.S. territory.
• Minimum 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in outpatient pediatrics.
• Current certifications: BLS and PALS (ACLS/NRP preferred).
• U.S. citizenship and residence in continental U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care including routine check-ups and vaccinations.
• Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nurses, MAs, and specialists for coordinated care.
• Educate families on preventive health, nutrition, and child development.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and communicate clearly with care teams.
• Engage in quality improvement, care coordination, and community health efforts.
