Job summary

Little Steps Pediatric Therapy in Florida is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a collaborative pediatric team. You will deliver engaging therapy across a wide age range, work with families and doctors, and provide services in-person and via telehealth.

You will contribute to group programming when available, maintain timely, accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings and continuing education to support best practices in pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Florida DOH Physical Therapy Assistant license (PTA) is required.
• Experience with pediatric population required.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Fun, passionate, and engaging personality required.
• Ability to travel between natural environments.

Little Steps Pediatric Therapy has been in the business of helping children since 2011. We are a stable, rapidly growing company looking to add exceptional therapists to our team. Our focus is on improving the lives of children of all ages through individualized, family-centered, and fun therapeutic treatment. We offer physical, occupational, speech, feeding, and developmental therapy as well as a wide variety of group programming. We currently offer a mix of clinic-based, and teletherapy services. We provide private services as well as services through Florida Early Steps. We are looking for fun, passionate therapists who are seeking a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
