Job summary

Stargait Management Group Inc is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Vancouver, WA team, supporting high-quality rehabilitative care in a collaborative and rewarding environment.

You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed PT, assist with therapeutic exercises, document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and help maintain a safe treatment space while coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current WA PTA licensure or eligibility.
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience in outpatient/orthopedic/rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and exercise techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting observations to the supervising PT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Uphold compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations and standards of care.
