You will work across clinic, home, and telehealth settings, using DME and adaptive equipment as needed to support each child's progress and growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California state physical therapy license or license-eligible status.
• Evenings availability may be required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-centered environment.
• Willingness to work across clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and create evidence-based treatment plans for children.
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP goals with school staff and caregivers.
• Provide telehealth, home-based, clinic-based, and school-based therapy.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and regional centers.
• Educate families on safety, home exercises, and progression.
• Use appropriate DME and adaptive equipment as needed.
