Offered salary and compensation: for full-time employees
CTN's pay structure includes a base rate plus performance bonuses, profit sharing, and incentives. The more successful we are, the more you benefit!
Based on experience and performance, annual salaries range from $75K to $120K for full-time; part-time pay averages $55K-$75K.

Role of Pediatric Physical Therapist Supervisor
The purpose of this position is to supervise licensed therapist assistants providing interventions to help children achieve functional goals and support their growth.
Our clinical team delivers quality therapy services, collaborating with other healthcare providers to promote improved client function through therapeutic interventions and family education.

Expectations for Supervising Therapists

• Provide excellent supervision and mentorship to licensed assistants
• Achieve 95% positive customer satisfaction in surveys
• Meet 80% of proposed goals upon re-evaluation
• Serve 100% of billable hours as per employment agreement
• Maintain 90% or higher attendance rate
• Complete documentation within 24 hours
• Complete evaluations and progress reports within 48-72 hours

Minimum Qualifications

• Active PT license in California
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Pediatric therapy experience is a plus
