Job summary

Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to screen, test, evaluate, diagnose and treat injuries and diseases in a pediatric population. You will educate patients and caregivers and work in both outpatient and acute care settings.

We offer up to a 25,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, a collaborative team environment, and a commitment to professional growth and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Provides skilled physical therapy services following standard practices (APTA) with patient-focused goals.
• Maintains thorough and timely patient records and billing as required by policies.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other health care providers about patient needs and goals.

• Competent Services: Provides skilled physical therapy services, evaluating and treating according to professional standards and developing care plans.
