Job summary

Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries and conditions in pediatric patients, using standard physical therapy practices. Responsibilities

• Provides skilled pediatric physical therapy services and develops care plans based on assessment.
• Performs evaluations and treatments with diagnosis, history, and physician referrals.
• Meets department productivity standards and documents patient care
• Maintains thorough and timely patient records and billing per policy.
• Ensures clear communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervises patients and coordinates care as part of the rehabilitation team.
