• Competent Services: Provides skilled physical therapy services, staying updated on standard practices (APTA). Conducts evaluations and treatments with goals based on patient assessments.
• Productivity Standards: Meets established productivity standards for the department or service line.
• Documentation and Billing: Keeps thorough and timely patient records; completes billing accurately.
• Communication: Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers about patient needs and goals.
• Patient Care and Supervision: Ensures patient care and supervision as required.
